Why is there two Birmingham's on manager mode and no Blackpool?

That is a weird glitch. I tried doing a manager mode with Blackpool and then Fifa 11 just stopped working.|||Its a bug that appeared in the FIFA 11 patch, I think various modders have created a fix for it.|||Same here
Do you know where i can find the fix?
