Penalty Shootout

|||You know when you get to sudden death, and the game shows cut scenes showing the player walking up to the spot and placing the ball? I'd like an option to have them before all the shoot-out penalties. It would enable the tension to build and give the commentators time to help with that. You cannot build tension with bang, bang, bang, bang, win!
