Can you practice with another team not Real ?

Anyone knows if this is possible or how? I want to practice with my team not Real.

Karl|||Yes I set mine to Man Utd I think it was somewhere in My FIFA 11, I selected Rooney to practice - so at team, it´s Man Utd.|||ok think I found where:
